Summer is the season for live music with plenty of acoustic gigs, DJ sets and special events locked in.
Here are our top picks for the month of February from venues across the Mid North Coast.
Velvet Vultures at The Station Boardstore
When: Saturday 1st February, doors at 6pm, band at 7pm.
Where: The Station Boardstore, 17B Pacific St, Crescent Head.
Cost: $10 at door.
The Boardstore is known for its backyard style gigs. Think an energetic band on an outdoor stage in front of graffiti walls, dancing under the stars and fairy lights, while a surf film projects on a screen surrounded by palm trees.
It’s a night you must experience, and lucky for you they’re hosting a gig to kick start the month of February.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Where: Stef & Co, 319-321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour.
Cost: FREE.
Music is in the air every week at Stef & Co.
Mondays are Reggae Hospitality Night with Marky Power from 7pm.
Wednesdays are Jazz Night with Emiliano Manuel Beltzer and Katie Crane from 6:30pm until 9pm.
Thursdays are Beats and Beers with Lttle Kng.
Fridays and Saturdays JS Bumps is set to take you on a journey through modern and classic boogie and house music.
Mama Kin Spender tour at Bowraville Theatre
When: Friday 14th February, doors open at 7pm.
Where: The Bowraville Theatre, 74 High St, Bowraville.
Cost: $38 online or $45 at the door.
Mama Kin Spender will be stopping at the Bowraville Theatre on their UP CLOSE 2025 tour. Bring your sweetheart or take yourself for a night out this Valentine’s Day.
Local artists live at Seabreeze Beach Hotel
When: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, 2 until 5pm.
Where: Seabreeze Beach Hotel, Livingstone St, South West Rocks.
Cost: FREE.
For the month of February, the beachside pub at South West Rocks is hosting live music three afternoons a week. Enjoy your food, booze and ocean views with some tunes.

The Great Elvis Spectacular at Glasshouse
When: Sunday 16th February, 5 until 8pm.
Where: Glasshouse Theatre, 30-42 Clarence Street and Hay St, Port Macquarie.

Four Elvis tribute artists from the UK, New Zealand and Australia are coming together for an Australian tour to showcase the music of Elvis Presley from his early days at Sun Records to his ‘68 special “Aloha from Hawaii”, and his time in Las Vegas.
